Instruction
From a teaching standpoint, my focus is on students ages 5 and up, from beginners taking their first steps into music to advanced students honing their craft. Thanks to my strong communication skills, I have a natural rapport with children, which allows me to connect with them and make learning both effective and enjoyable.
I believe that musical instruction should be a source of joy and self-discovery. When students feel a sense of satisfaction from their progress, they become more motivated and invested in their learning journey. My approach emphasizes creating an environment where students are excited to learn, explore, and express themselves through music.

I offer lessons in my home studio during weekday afternoons, providing a focused and comfortable space for learning. Additionally, I offer the convenience of teaching students at their homes on Fridays and Saturdays, accommodating different schedules and ensuring that piano instruction fits seamlessly into their lives.
Beginner
For the beginner student, the focus is on a simple introduction to musical theory, proper posture, basic technique, names of the keys, how the piano functions, introduction to reading music, and playing simple and enjoyable songs.
Intermediate
For the intermediate student, the focus is on integrating a sense of passion/emotion, as the pieces become more complex. In the intermediate stage, more time is spent on the concept of musicality, as well as improving technique and developing a basic repertoire.
Advanced
In the advanced stage of instruction, nearly all the focus is on helping the student achieve their specific goals. This may involve improving a particular area, such as technicality, mindfulness, and understanding of what the piece truly represents. With all of these components in mind, developing a repertoire for performance in a festival or contest is critical.

​​All lessons are payable monthly in advance. Cancellations must occur 48 hours before the scheduled lesson to be eligible for rescheduling; otherwise, that week's lesson will be lost and non-refundable.
